Birthday Party

Service Description

The birthday party package will be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for groups of 25 or less. A minimum of 4 reptiles will be brought for a up close experience. All presentations are tailored to the age of the children. The children will learn about several different species from all over the world and get the unique opportunity for an up-close and hands-on animal encounter. Each presentation will include interesting facts about the animals that we bring, including facts about their natural environment, what they eat, and why they are beneficial for the environment. Additional traveling fees will apply for distances beyond 30 miles of travel. How to prepare for an Infinity Critters small group party 1. Please provide parking close to the performance area so that the animals can safely be loaded and unloaded from the vehicles. 2. Groups of 15 or less are ideal for extended hands-on animal interactions. If your party will have more than 25 people, more time may be required to allow all participants to have a hands-on interaction. 3. We do not allow children under 3 years old to hold the animals, but they are welcome to watch the presentation. 4. The presentation area should be large enough for all audience members to sit in a single file row. This insures everyone is able to see. 5. A large indoor room with minimal furniture will be the best place for the animal show. Outdoor shows are possible if the temperature is above 70 degrees and shade is provided. 6. No animals, other than fish, will be allowed in the performance area during the animal show. 7. Children and adults are not allowed to walk within 5 feet of the education area while animals are on stage 8. Please refrain from serving food or beverage while animals are on stage. 9. All show participants must wash their hands with soap and water after touching animals. Adults should supervise younger children to make sure hand washing is done correctly. 10. Please start the party at least half an hour before the Infinity Critters show to ensure that there are minimal disruptions during the show. 11. Tipping educators for a job well done is appreciated.
